Mr. Fire Safety Opportunity

  • Mr. Fire Safety is looking to grow nationwide as the best Kitchen Exhaust System Cleaning franchise opportunity. It’s a job that a man or woman can do in the evenings.

  • We are now selling Franchises nationwide.

  • Mr. Fire Safety is recession proof because according to NFPA code 96, every restaurant, hotel, school in the USA has to clean their commercial Kitchen Exhaust Systems 1-12 times a year or more depending on how much they cook. The fact is that no restaurant can operate without cleaning their kitchen exhaust system because of the grease build up which becomes a fire hazard.

  • It’s the perfect Part Time business that can become your Full Time business because all work is done after hours when the restaurants close, usually after 10 pm or after 2 pm when schools close. An average restaurant exhaust hood cleaning takes as little as 3 hours.

How Much Money Will You Make?

Take a look at these projections which show how much money you can make from a single territory. As you can see, our figures are very conservative and yet extremely attractive.

Note: Projections and assumptions on this page are approximate and a good faith estimate of sales and growth of the company, and not to be mistaken for an exact pay schedule to franchisee.

One crew of 2 people is capable of cleaning 2 jobs a night, 5 days a week. Your average price per cleaning will be around $350 and the average cleaning cycle per account is 3 times a year. Your material cost will be approximately $20-$25 per cleaning. How much money you can make will depend on how fast you build up your business. We recommend that you manage your business by day and build relationships with restaurant owners and get jobs and then delegate the work out to 2 guys at night. This way you build up your business up fast and then enjoy the repeat business. Set your goals on bringing in at least 2 new accounts each week, so you can have 100 accounts your first year. Don’t forget that this is repeat business, so you will work hard the first few years building up your customer base, then you can reap the rewards of servicing those clients for years to come. Franchise laws as you know prohibits us to use any projections, but you can do the math:

  • 1 Crew of 2 people cleaning (2 jobs per night)
    x (5 nights/ week) x (52 weeks/Yr)
=520 cleanings per year for each crew

  • Average single cleaning is around $350
  • Average material cost per cleaning is around $25
  • Add your labor cost and overhead

Make Even More Money By Bidding on School Jobs!

In your training we will also show you how to become a bonded contractor and bid on Public Entity jobs. Schools that have cafeterias must clean their kitchen exhaust hood systems, hoods, filters & fans usually 2-4 times a year.

Because of government laws, these jobs have to go out to public bid. We will show you how to fill out bids and how to bid on board of education projects which can bring you big money and help you grow your business to a higher level.

WARNING: Do not attempt to clean exhaust hoods without proper professional training. Doing so, may set off the fire suppression system located inside the hood, causing a shut down of the entire restaurant.
